What Documents are Required?

In order to file your US tax return and obtain your federal and state tax refund you need to provide us with the following documents:

W2 form or last paycheck (for each employer you worked for);
Copy of your Social Security Card;
Copy of your passport (personal data page only)

How to Send your Documents to J1 Tax Refunds?

You have to send these documents via email after you complete our online registration form. Remember we do not need original documents – these should stay with you for your records. Please, make sure that the documents you are sending are in good quality and readable after printing.
